Trinidad "Moruga" Scorpian- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, these Trinidad "Moruga Scorpion peppers originate from Trinidad and Tabago. Rated the "Hottest Pepper in the World" in 2012, this pepper will sting the craziest, thrill seeking chili head.  According to the New Mexico State University's Chile Pepper Institute, the Trinidad Scorpion Moruga ranks as high as 2,009,231 SHU on the Scoville scale.  Its mean heat topped more than 1.2 million units on the Scoville heat scale, while fruits from an individual plant reached 2 million heat units.  With the Hottest sting comes powerfur flavor that only the chosen can handle.  Have fun with this guys, but remember "these peppers are hot!  Eat at your own risk."




7POT- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, these 7POT peppers originate from the Chaguanas area of Trinidad and Tabago. Rated among the "Hottest Pepper in the World", this variety has built up an almost myth like quality. In Caribbean regions it is also known as 7 pot as one pod is said to provide enough heat to spice up 7 pots of stew.  It ranks between 800,000 and 1,000,000 SHU on the Scoville scale. 



Jay's Ghost X Scorpion- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, these peppers origininate in the USA, grown by a farmer named Jay in the Northeast.  These peppers are a cross of two of the worlds hottest peppers, the Trinidad Scorpion and Bhut Jolokia "Ghost Peppers" to create an exotic new hybrid pepper.  It ripens to a rich bright red color.  There is no scoville test done yet but those that have tasted it say it rivals the heat of the world record Trinidad Moruga Scorpion.  It has a floral like flavor but not as acidic as the Butch T Scorpion.  This pepper exists in very limited quantity.                                                            



Bhut Jolokia "Ghost Pepper"- (USA grown)

Refered to as the "ghost" pepper, these peppers origininate from the Indian states of Assam, Nagaland and Manipur as well as Sri Lanka where it is known as the "Cobra Chili".  Bhut Jolokia are one of the hottest of all known chili peppers at 800,000 to 1,041,000 Scoville units. The Guinness Book of World Records certified the Bhut Jolokia as the world's hottest pepper in 2007. It has since been replaced by the Trinidad "Butch T" Scorpion then Trinidad "Moruga" Scorpion


Red Habanero- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, the Red Habanero is a cultivar of the habanero chili.   It ranges from 350,000 to 575,000 Scoville units, and held the Guinness World Record for the hottest pepper in the world from 1994 to 2006, when it was displaced by the Bhut Jolokia.




Chocolate Habenero- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, the Chocolate Habanero origininates from Jamacia and is a must for heat lovers!  With fierce heat as high as 450,000 scoville units, this pepper ranks at the top of the heat scale. (AKA) 'Congo black' it has a unique, rich flavor unlike any other pepper. This ultimate salsa pepper is used to make the famous Jamaican Jerk Sauce. 



Fatalii- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, Fatalii peppers originate from central and southern Africa.  The Scoville Food Institute lists the Fatalli as the seventh hottest pepper, ranging from 125,000 to 400,000 Scoville units. The Fatalii pepper has a somewhat fruitier taste than other peppers, hiding a citrus and sometimes peach flavor behind the intense heat.  It is comparable to the standard habanero.




Lemon Drop- (USA grown)

GROWN IN USA, The Lemon Drop pepper originates from Peru, where it is a popular seasoning pepper known as 'Kellu Uchu'.  It is a hot, citrus like-flavored pepper also known as 'Hot lemon'. The pepper ranks between 30,000 and 50,000 SHU on the Scoville scale.  If you like a lemon pepper taste with your food, this one is great.  It provides the citrus flavor, but is hotter than black pepper found in most seasonings.
